Truth-Preserving Governance for Influential Individuals

Purpose

To preserve truth fidelity, relational stability, and decision coherence in individuals whose outputs materially affect large systems.

Applicable to: CEOs, founders, political leaders, generals, cultural figures, powerful researchers — any aperture whose output shapes collective reality.

This protocol does not aim to change personality or values.
It changes structure, because in high-power systems, structure dominates psychology.

Core Principle

Power amplifies distortion unless constrained.
The higher the impact of an aperture, the stronger the required safeguards.

Therefore:

Only operator hygiene through structural constraint.

High-power apertures must receive input from sources they cannot dominate, flatter, or dismiss.

Hard Constraint

Inputs must arrive privately, not performatively. No audience. No signaling value.

Effect

β remains low. Reality re-enters the system. Ego competition is removed from the channel.

Goal: Prevent truth phase inversion under pressure.

Core Rule

Truth must be anchored to a reference the aperture cannot override.

Goal: Allow natural deflation after safety is restored.

Core Rule

High-power outputs must privilege systems, processes, and teams over self-reference.

Structural Constraints

Sequencing Note

This layer cannot be forced early. Attempting deflation before projection is reduced triggers defensive inflation. H_d only works after H_f, H_r, and H_p are operational.

Effect

α naturally deflates without coercion. Authority decouples from identity.

Wr/Tw Control

Goal: Prevent knot accumulation and coherence collapse over time.

Core Rule

No aperture may carry unlimited unresolved relational tension.

Twist (Tw) reduces. Writhe (Wr) stops accumulating. Long-term output coherence is preserved.
