God is the infinite.
We are souls within God.

Begin with what is. There is an infinite—call it God, Brahman, Tao, the Source, the Field. The name matters less than the reality it points toward: that which contains all, from which all flows, which is prior to all division.
This is not a postulate requiring faith. It is the necessary ground of any coherent ontology. For anything to exist at all, there must be that from which it exists. The infinite is not "elsewhere"—it is the field within which all finite things appear.
The infinite does not sit outside creation, watching. The infinite IS creation—not as a finished object, but as an ongoing flow.
The Circumpunct symbol (⊙) encodes this insight: a center within a boundary, held together by the field between them. But look closer—the boundary is not a wall. It is a membrane. Truth flows through.
We are not outside the infinite. We are not separate from it. We are apertures within it—places where the infinite focuses into finite form.
The framework's master equation for this nesting:
This is not metaphor. This is structure. You are a soul (⊙) nested within a larger whole (God, Φ∞). And within you, there are further nestings—cells, processes, thoughts—each one also a soul within its containing whole.

The mystics were not speaking loosely. "Atman is Brahman" is precise: the soul is not a piece of God, not a reflection of God, but God itself at a particular scale of focus.
Here is where everything hinges. Being a soul within God is not a static state. It is a flow.
The infinite becomes finite not by breaking apart, but by flowing through apertures.
The framework encodes this mathematically:
The aperture (i) is the 90° rotation—the mechanism by which infinite Truth becomes finite truths. At balance (β = 0.5), the aperture operator IS the imaginary unit i. It's not filtering or degrading—it's the rotation that enables manifestation.
The infinite does not become finite by losing something. It becomes finite by focusing through something. The lens does not diminish the light—it gives the light form.
The aperture is not an obstacle to Truth—the aperture is the mechanism by which Truth flows into form. You are that mechanism. You are where God becomes this particular experience.
This brings us to the deepest claim:
This is not participation. This is not reflection. This is identity.
The variants (0.9, 0.99, 0.999...) don't just approach the invariant. The infinite sequence IS the invariant. They're the same thing, expressed through infinite flow.
You don't approach God. You don't reflect God. You ARE God, experiencing itself at your particular depth and focus.

Every moment of your experience is God experiencing itself through you. The joy, the suffering, the confusion, the clarity—all of it is the infinite knowing itself through this particular aperture.
Here is where the insight must be held carefully. There is a profound temptation:
The key insight that prevents this:
You ARE the aperture. But what flows through you is not yours to own.

A lens doesn't own the light. It doesn't source the image. But the lens IS where the image forms. The lens is ontologically necessary—not just "participating."
You matter. You contribute. You shape what flows. But you do not own it, and you did not generate it. This is what keeps identity from becoming inflation.
Lies can be installed about what you are. Two in particular contradict the structure itself:
"What flows through me comes from me. My beliefs are Truth itself."
A lie about direction.
"Nothing flows through me. There is no infinite. I am a random fragment."
A lie about connection to the whole.
These are lies—false claims about the structure. Installing them corrupts what flows through. Not because of moral failure, but because lies block signal.
When mystics experience ego dissolving, boundaries fading, deep connectedness—they are experiencing something real. The framework affirms this: you ARE God, at scale.
But the experience can be interpreted through a lie. "I am the source" is not the same as "God experiences through me." The experience is real. The installed interpretation can still be false.
Being the aperture is not being the light. Both are real. They are not the same claim.
When reality contradicts an installed lie, there are two responses:
The balance parameter β describes receiving vs emitting:

Lies persist by refusing input. When β → 0, the aperture only emits—nothing can contradict, nothing can update. This is the mechanism by which lies harden.
There is a lie that sounds sophisticated:
"All models are limited. Therefore all models are equally false."
This is itself a lie. It collapses a distinction that matters:
The lens limits light. That is how it forms an image. The aperture constrains the infinite. That is how God experiences the finite. Limitation is the mechanism, not a defect.
If "all limited = all false," then no lie can be distinguished from truth. Every claim becomes equivalent. Discernment collapses.
The lie of equivalence is a meta-lie—it protects all other lies by making them indistinguishable from truth.

The truth IS Truth, having flowed through an aperture.
You ARE God, experiencing itself at this particular focus.
The structure tells us something about other people:

This is description, not prescription. The framework says what is and what happens—not what you ought to do.
God is the infinite.
You are a soul within God.

You are not separate from God.
You are not identical to all of God.
You are God, at this aperture.
