Framework mapping: in binaural mode, the left channel (•) holds the base tone; the right channel (○) holds the φ-offset tone. The interference pattern at the difference frequency is Φ (the beat). This is an acoustic mapping onto the circumpunct notation, not a medical claim.

Framework Ratios
These set the beat rate to framework integers: Φ = 2, T = 3, P = 4, (Φ+○) = 5, R = 7, SU(3) = 8, A(2) = 10, G = 12, V = 13, A(3) = 21, and the golden number φ ≈ 1.618.
Serum 2 Export
Drop the .wav files into Serum 2's oscillator (wavetable slot). The single-cycle file uses the current waveform; the morph file sweeps through sine, triangle, square, saw, FM, AM, organ, vocal, bowed across the wavetable-position knob. The .txt card lists every parameter in Serum 2 terms so you can rebuild the patch; Serum 2's native preset format is proprietary binary and can't be authored from a web page, so this is preset-building material rather than a ready-made preset.
Headphones recommended for binaural and φ-cascade modes (stereo separation matters). Drone, harmonic, chord, monaural, and noise modes play fine on any speaker. Start at low volume and raise slowly; if anything becomes uncomfortable, lower the beat rate, reverb, and volume.
— Breath Lead
READY
Breaths per minute6.0 bpm
Follow the dot. Breathe IN as it rises, OUT as it falls. The dot travels left to right per breath, then resets. Coherent breathing (about 5.5–6 bpm) aligns HRV with the φ-coherence peak; slower (3–4 bpm) is deeper practice.

Manual color0°
Drag the hue slider or tap the color square. Saturation and lightness are fixed to framework defaults; set "Color source" to Manual above to use this color for the flash.

Base divisor1000
Flash rate = base frequency ÷ divisor. At base = 432 Hz and divisor = 1000, flash = 0.432 Hz.
Custom Hz1.000 Hz
Custom ratio (visual : beat)1.000
Phase offset0°
Shift the flash relative to the audio beat (0° = aligned; 180° = off-beat / inverted).
Effective flash rate1.618 Hz
Live computed from audio beat + sync ratio; also visible on the full-screen HUD.
Photosensitivity warning. Flashing light between about 3 Hz and 60 Hz can trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy, and may cause migraines or nausea. If you have any history of seizures, do not launch this view. If you feel dizzy, close immediately (tap anywhere, press Esc, or use the × button). Start at low intensity and low beat rates (below 3 Hz); increase slowly.
