The heart sits at the midpoint. Below: existence, desire, will (self-oriented). Above: truth, insight, unity (transcendence-oriented). The heart is where self-concern transforms into other-concern — where the aperture balances.

Blockage at any level distorts everything below it.

A blocked heart means will operates without love — that's domination.
A blocked throat means loving will cannot speak its truth — that's silent resentment.
